We were delighted to support our Main Contractor in the successful delivery of a high-profile refurbishment in Kilkee, Co. Clare. Formerly known as the Ocean Cove Hotel, the development was transformed into 18 high-quality apartments—11 two-bedroom and 7 three-bedroom units—located on the prominent East End waterfront. Our team provided both the structural steel and architectural elements, delivering a full supply and fit service. The finished development is now a standout feature of the Kilkee seafront. Throughout the project, we worked closely with engineers and architects, producing design drawings for approval and ensuring precision in execution.
